THE CLEARSTOREYS JOURNAL 01 / THE CURVE EDITION
Five brands.
One Curve.
A vote of confidence in Pine Avenue.
The names joining Curve’s story, before the doors open.
CURVE / PINE AVENUE DOWNTOWNTHE STORY SO FAR
A destination starts with the people who choose it.
Long before a first coffee is poured or a family sits down to dinner, a commercial destination begins taking shape through its brand mix. For Curve, that story now includes Rina’s Kitchenette, Bagh Restaurant, BonBird, JS Bank and Contra Coffee, the five names in the MOU lineup shared with Clearstoreys.
Across food, coffee and financial services, the mix suggests an ambition to become part of everyday life on Pine Avenue. A quick stop, a longer lunch, a familiar meeting place: each gives an address a different purpose.

The location
speaks for itself.
A brand’s address becomes part of its identity. Being easy to find, visible from the street and close to customers helps set the scene for the experience inside.
HF Developers describes Curve as occupying a prominent bend on Pine Avenue, with a layout planned around commercial frontage. Its Pine Avenue overview places the corridor within reach of Ring Road and residential communities including Lake City, Valencia, DHA Rahbar and Khayaban-e-Amin.
That combination is the heart of the appeal: an address where visibility, access and an established residential catchment can work together.
THE LOCATION LOGIC
02 / THE BRAND MIX
Different names.
A shared destination.
Five identities that could help shape
how people use Curve.

Café & comfort food
Rina’s Kitchenette
A familiar favourite, a fresh address.
Comfort food, café favourites and custom cakes give Rina’s a place in both everyday plans and celebrations. Its inclusion in Curve’s MOU lineup adds a familiar Lahore name to the project’s emerging food offering.

Pakistani dining
Bagh Restaurant
A place to gather around the table.
With a menu spanning Pakistani favourites, tandoori dishes and shared meals, Bagh brings a family-dining dimension to the lineup. HF Developers also names Bagh in its published discussion of Curve’s tenants.

Fried chicken & burgers
BonBird
A different pace of dining.
BonBird’s Pakistan menu centres on fried chicken, tenders, burgers and sharing bundles. Alongside sit-down restaurants and cafés, that fast-casual format could widen the reasons people choose to visit Curve.

Banking & financial services
JS Bank
An everyday purpose beyond dining.
JS Bank adds a financial-services name to a largely food-led lineup. Its participation points towards a broader commercial mix; the exact services and format planned for Curve remain to be announced.

Speciality coffee & all-day breakfast
Contra Coffee
Coffee gives people a reason to linger.
Speciality coffee, breakfast and bakes make Contra a natural part of a social destination. HF Developers publicly identifies Contra as a Curve tenant, adding a café-led experience to the project’s planned mix.

03 / THE EARLY COMMITMENT
Choosing an address is choosing a setting for your brand.
Our reading of these early MOUs is straightforward: the participating brands see potential in Curve’s positioning on Pine Avenue. Choosing a location early can give a business time to plan how its identity and customer experience will belong there.
For customers, a recognisable name creates an expectation. Delivering on it will depend on the space, the team and the service when the outlet opens. For Curve, the opportunity is to bring those distinct experiences together in one considered commercial destination.
The first chapter of a place is often written by the brands that see its potential early.
This is Clearstoreys’ editorial interpretation, rather than a statement of the brands’ individual reasons for signing.
