Zalmi Developments is a premier real-estate developer formed through a strategic joint venture between JW-Corporation and Shalimar Group — pairing industrial-manufacturing muscle with a four-decade construction legacy. JW-Corporation is a Lahore-headquartered conglomerate operating across industrial manufacturing, supply-chain management, retail and strategic partnerships in Pakistan, KSA, the UAE and China; it owns the Peshawar Zalmi cricket team, develops industrial parks and special economic zones, and runs manufacturing joint ventures with Haier, Deli, Enviro, Forland, Foton and SAIC/MG Motors.
